Kristina is a premier health coach who works with clients to support them in making lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.  She is the Nutrition and Health Coach for CrossFit Stamford and Kong CrossFit.  She has also worked with SISU Elite FitnessCrossFit RevelUFC NorwalkEmpire State CrossFit, and Title Boxing Norwalk.  She works with a number of athletes who are training for special events or who want to take their performance to the next level.  Her passion however, is to help people reclaim energy and vitality by reducing stress.  Overworked professionals, tired moms and anxious teens have benefited from the tools provided in the 6 month program. 

As an affiliate education center for the Amen Clinics, Kristina uses assessments developed by Daniel Amen, M.D. to determine what kind of brain type you have, and make suggestions to optimize your mental clarity, improve sleep and reduce cravings.  For those who have chronic health complaints (fatigue, fluctuating energy, insomnia, weight gain despite clean eating) and are interested in addressing hidden biochemical stressors, Kristina can run functional labs that reveal hormone imbalances, food sensitivities, and gut dysfunction as well as provide protocols for healing and balancing.

Thrive Results Coaching is located at 30 Old Kings Hwy in Darien, CT but long-distance coaching is available telephonically and via Skype.  Most functional labs can be mailed to clients. Kristina offers lectures on nutrition and stress reduction and is available to run wellness programs, offer body-composition testing for your staff, or run a 30-Day  Detox or Paleo Challenge for your gym or office.  To contact her please or call (203) 984-7989.  Insurance is not accepted.

Certified Health Coach

A native of Brazil, Thais has been passionate about health and fitness since she was a youngster.  This passion brought her to the US on a full scholarship to play NCAA Division I basketball for Fairfield University, where she earned a BA in International Business. She received her Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her background  has given her the skills to help people set and achieve their health goals as well as coaching them through changes that will improve their health and happiness.

She is currently enrolled  at W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training Schools) to get her Personal Trainer Certification. Thais also enjoys working with those who are new to exercising  or want to get back into exercising  and teaching them how to be most efficient with their workouts! 

Thais is fluent in Portuguese  and sessions can be carried out based on the client’s language of choice.

Teresa Garceau grew up in the restaurant business. Her father graduated from the culinary institute in New Haven, built a successful business and taught his children lessons of the greater value and wider application than a single recipe can provide. She Learned hands on every facet of a catering business. The drive to achieve excellence along with a hard, but satisfying work ethic has inspired her to use these lessons as a springboard to continually learn more for there is always more to learn. Caring and catering to people is innate. Garceau loves to cook and is simply happiest when she is serving and preparing food for people to enjoy.
