Kristina has been so helpful in helping me reset my bodies metabolism allowing me to lose weight while eating very tasty food. The transition of my body has given me more confidence and greater overall feeling of health. Positive changes I have noticed in just 3 months, I can walk without getting tired, I sleep thru the night, I can focus better and so much more! We meet up every couple of weeks on ZOOM and she keeps me informed of the good I am doing, and educates me on ways to improve my health including exercising, food choices, the correct times to eat and more.

Kristina is amazing! In 4 months time, my 11 year old dropped ~10 lbs, changed what he ate, when he ate it and became comfortable in his body again! She leveraged her prior teaching skills to educate him and engage him in the process. She was also very in tune with the fact that he's 11 and instead of telling him he can't eat certain things, she educated and suggested healthier replacements which was critical to the process. He became more and more engaged as he started to see results and is making much better choices about what he eats and when he eats. I went to Kristina seeking help with moderate Liver Fibrosis and needing to lose weight. My ALT was 125 (normal range is 12-78) and AST 89 (normal range is 5-37).
